Blade: The double edge blade has a non-reflective blasted and tumbled “Apocalyptic” finish on the grinds with fine satin flats. Both plain cutting edges offer clean slicing with a powerful piercing tip. Double action automatic operation is fast, smooth, and reliable. Move the thumb slide up to deploy and down to retract. An internal spring remains at rest in both positions to reduce wear.

Handle: The smooth, black hard anodized 6061-T6 aluminum handle has contoured edges for comfort and smooth pocket transition. Strategic edge jimping enhances traction and proprietary apocalyptic Microtech hardware rounds out construction along with the glass breaker end and serialized and dated pocket clip.

Carries via a right hand stainless steel pocket clip.

Bohler M390: Bohler M390 (analog to CPM-20CV and CTS-204P) is a premium powder metallurgy (PM) stainless steel with high carbide content for some of the highest edge retention and corrosion resistance, while being relatively easy to sharpen. A popular choice for high-end production and custom knives. Relatively high carbide volume and coarse microstructure gives this steel lower toughness.
