This version is equipped with a double edge blade of two-toned Black M390 and a composite Tan G-10 black, hard anodized handle. The Troodon is named after a bird-like dinosaur from the Campanian Age and is ready to strike.

Blade: A wide spear point blade which has been double ground (black grinds and fullers, satin flats) and sharpened to a razor edge on both sides sports dual plain edges delivering the clean cutting performance along the length of both edges. The M390 blade steel was chosen for high level of corrosion resistance as well as exceptional edge retention and relative ease of sharpening. It is engaged via a dual action automatic mechanism. Simply press the side thumb slide up to open and then back down to close. Simple, fast and smooth.

Handle: Robust, hard anodized, aircraft-grade alloy with Tan topped G10 offers just over 4.25 inches of handle, excluding the breaker, substantial enough for large hands without becoming cumbersome in the pocket. The knife is comfortable in the hand, with contoured edges, while wide sections of jimping are perfectly placed for a secure grip. It is built with black proprietary Microtech hardware, integrated glass breaker end and pocket clip.
