The Double Edge Combat Troodon out-the-front automatic knife by Microtech is a substantial tool, popular among military, law enforcement and first responders. Its large size lends itself to situations requiring a more robust cutting tool while remaining slender enough to keep on your person daily. Like its bird-like dinosaur namesake this Troodon is ready to strike. This version comes with an Apocalyptic M390 double edge blade and black anodized aluminum handles.

Blade: The broad dagger blade has two razor sharp plain cutting edges with a central fuller and symmetrical grinds delivering a powerful piercing tip. Finished with a blasted and tumbled “Apocalyptic” finish the M390 blade is discreetly non-reflective and hides wear from use. Double action automatic operation is fast, smooth, and reliable. Press the slide up to open and down to close. An internal spring remains at rest in both positions to reduce wear.

Handle: Hard anodized 6061-T6 aluminum offers over 5 inches of handle, substantial enough for extra large gloved hands. The handle has a smooth, contoured feel with machined grooves on both outer sides for traction. Construction is completed with proprietary hardware, integrated glass breaker end and pocket clip. Each knife is individually numbered and dated around the Microtech ‘Talon’ logo on the front of the knife.
